FAQ

When will I be notified?

The artists attending will receive an artist packet early in May that has
rules, setup info, lodging, etc.

Where can I get more information on the area?

Artists might want to check out the
Lafayette Convention and Tourism website,
www.lafayette-in.com
Having this info available might save lots of phone
calls and emails!

Where can I park?

There are several parking facilities and lots near the Tippecanoe County
Courthouse, the site of the ’Round the Fountain Art Fair. There is parking at
5th and Columbia Streets and Second and Columbia Streets as well as on the
street sites — first-come, first-serve. The downtown is constantly changing, so
check our Web site for updates.

There is no parking on Main Street or on the streets bordering the
courthouse.

Can I make on-line payments for booths, etc?

Yes, just click the PayPal icon on the home page and you can pay with any
credit card or with PayPal.  Indicate what your payment is for and your
payment will be correctly recorded.  The word "Donation" is just part on
the icon but does not restrict its use.

Can I set up the night before the Fair?

If your booth is not on Main Street you may set up after 6 p.m. on Friday
night before the fair. There is, however, no assistance from the committee
members available on Friday night. Saturday morning you find committee members
ready, eager and willing to assist you!

What is the cost for booth space in 2010?

A 10x 10 is $125, and a double is $250.

Will there be any responsible booth support the day of the fair so I can
grab a bite or take a break?

Yes! The ’Round the Fountain Fair Committee members are on hand all day to
help you, including staffing your booth if needed.

Can I bring or display prints of my work?

All prints must be displayed in a portfolio and/or bins only.

How and when will I be notified if my work has been accepted for the fair?

As stated in print materials and elsewhere here, we will notify you by e-mail
and/or U.S. Mail following the jury selection process in March. If you have an
e-mail address or a new address, please send it to us if you have not done so
already so we know how best to notify you.
