FAQ

When will I be notified?

Results of the jury will be sent out by mid-March. The artists attending will receive an artist packet early in May that has rules, setup info, lodging, etc. As stated in print materials and elsewhere here, we will notify you by e-mail and/or U.S. Mail following the jury selection process. If you have an e-mail address or a new address, please send it to us if you have not done so already so we know how best to notify you.

Where can I get more information on the area?

Artists might want to check out the Lafayette Convention and Tourism website, www.homeofpurdue.com Having this info available might save lots of phone calls and emails!

Where can I park?

There are several parking facilities and lots near the Tippecanoe County Courthouse, the site of the ‘Round the Fountain Art Fair. There is parking at 5th and Columbia Streets and Second and Columbia Streets as well as on the street sites — first-come, first-serve. The downtown is constantly changing, so check our Web site for updates.

There is no parking on Main Street or on the streets bordering the courthouse.

Can I set up the night before the Fair?

If you are on the sidewalk around the courthouse square, you can set up starting at 6pm on friday night. There is, however, no assistance from the committee members available on Friday night. Saturday morning you will find committee members ready, eager and willing to assist you!

What is the cost for booth space?

The cost is $200 for a 10 x 10 booth and $400 for a 10 x 20 booth.

Will there be any responsible booth support the day of the fair so I can grab a bite or take a break?

Yes! The ‘Round the Fountain Fair Committee members are on hand all day to help you, including staffing your booth if needed.

Can I bring or display prints of my work?

All prints must be displayed in a portfolio and/or bins only.
